- We started Sandy's Dog Training in 2009 and our mission is to train each dog with a specialized dog training style that fits the individual needs of the dog and owner. The training sessions will include hikes on the scenic 16 acres of trails and visits to the pond for swimming. While in this natural environment the dogs learn good manner

While in this natural environment the dogs learn good manners, and will often get their first experience of off leash freedom.

- Sandy started training dogs in 2008 after retiring from a 25 year career with the Connecticut State Police. She has worked with hundreds of shelter and privately owned dogs. Sandy has received training with National Geographic's famous dog trainer Cesar Millan aka" The Dog Whisperer" She has trained at the International School of Dog Training.

- Sandy also is a Professional member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP) She has earned her Dog Trainer Certification thru the IACP. Sandy always continues her dog training education attending numerous workshops with some of the top trainers in the USA and abroad.
